What Blade Materials Can You Choose?
- Cr12MoV: suitable for cold rolled plate 0.3~2, copper strip 0.05~2, stainless steel .1~ 0.6;
- W18Cr4: suitable for stainless steel 0.1~ 0.6; silicon steel strip 0.1~ 0.5;
- 7Cr7Mo3V2si: suitable for stainless steel 0.6~3.


What Are the Properties of Different Blade Materials?
- Cr in metal refines structure and prevents rust.
- Mo enhances strength, hardness, and cutting performance.
- V improves impact and fatigue resistance.
- High C refines cross section but reduces toughness, increasing wear resistance.
- Si tightens blade structure but increases brittleness.
- Mn deacidifies, reduces oxygen, and adds anti-corrosion properties.
- W raises quenching hardness.
